ER70S-6 TIG welding wire is a copper-coated mild steel filler rod designed for high-quality TIG (GTAW) welding of carbon and low-alloy steels. Known for its high deoxidizer content (manganese and silicon), this wire provides excellent weld puddle fluidity, superior arc stability, and minimal spatter, even when welding over slightly rusty or contaminated surfaces.

It’s ideal for general-purpose fabrication, pipe welding, structural steel, pressure vessels, automotive, and maintenance work — delivering strong, clean welds with excellent mechanical properties.
