Aluminium TIG welding wire – 4043 is a silicon-alloyed (5% Si) filler rod widely used for TIG (GTAW) welding of aluminum and aluminum alloys, particularly those in the 6xxx series (such as 6061 and 6063). Known for its excellent flow characteristics, low melting point, and resistance to hot cracking, ER4043 delivers smooth, bright welds with minimal spatter and excellent corrosion resistance.

This wire is ideal for applications where appearance and strength are both important, including structural aluminum, automotive work, aluminum boat building, and general fabrication.
