Key Features

Feature Description / Benefit
Modular Design The spectacle comes standard with temples (arms), but has attachment points so that you can fit a gasket + elastic headband (strap), converting it into a goggle (“spoggle”) when needed.
Compatibility Compatible gasket / elastic headband accessories (sold separately or bundled) that meet standard “Spoggle” format – must align with the frame‑grooves or slots.
Lens One‑piece polycarbonate lens. Options: clear or grey (smoke/tinted) for different lighting conditions.
Coating Hard coating (scratch resistant) on outer surface; Anti‑fog treatment on inner surface.
Base Curve 6‑base curve (offers wrap‑around protection, minimizing gaps at sides).
Nosepiece Integrated nosepiece (moulded or soft insert) for stable fit and comfort.
Removable Temples (Arms) Temples can be removed to make room for the gasket / headband conversion. Also helps reduce pressure points when wearing under caps or helmets.
Gasket / Seal Gasket (TPR, silicone, or EVA foam) that seals around the frame to block dust / wind / splashes. Must be flexible, durable.
Strap / Elastic Head‑band Adjustable elastic strap with buckle/sliders; wide enough to distribute pressure; maybe quick‑release or slack adjustment.
Colour Options Clear lens; Grey smoke or tinted; perhaps mirror / UV versions. Frame colours: likely neutral (grey / black / clear) to match with helmet / gear.
Standards & Safety Should comply with relevant safety / impact / optical standards (e.g. ANSI Z87.1, EN166 or local standard). Markings.
Weight / Comfort Light enough for extended wear; soft contact points (temple ends, nose) to reduce discomfort.
Ventilation Some venting to reduce fogging (if used as goggle) while maintaining protective seal.
