“Painted Quickstage (Kwikstage) scaffolding tubes – including 3.5 m, 4.0 m and 6.5 m standards – are precision-manufactured with OD 48.3 mm steel pipe (3.0–4.0 mm wall), in high-strength Q235/Q355 (S235/S355). The surface is durable painted finish (custom color options), available also in galvanised or powder-coated versions. V-pressed clusters welded at nominal 500 mm spacing allow secure, wedge-lock modular connections without bolts or nuts. Components include matched ledgers, transoms, return transoms, diagonal braces, tie bars and platform brackets – all in the same steel spec and finish. Ideal for heavy-duty, flexible scaffolding systems meeting AS1576 / BS1139 standards, with SGS/ISO quality certification.”
