3. Products & Availability

We offer a wide range of industrial fasteners, mining equipment, and related components. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change specifications without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in ZAR (Rands) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment via:

Credit/Debit Cards
Bank Transfer
Purchase Orders (for approved accounts)

All full payment must be cleared before goods are shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and methods will be displayed at checkout. While we aim to deliver promptly, EM Supply Direct(Pty)Ltd is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Missed or re-routed deliveries may incur additional charges.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for standard stock items only. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. All approved returns of standard stock items will be subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee.

Customers are fully responsible for the return shipping and any associated costs. Returned items must be shipped to the address provided by our support team. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

No Returns or Refunds on:

Special-order items
Custom-manufactured products
Products made to customer specifications

These items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances, unless they are proven to be defective upon receipt.

7. Warranties & Liability

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. EM Supply direct (Pty) Ltd. makes no independent warranties. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, including downtime, loss of revenue, or equipment failure.

8. Intellectual Property
