Application & Usage Guidance

1. After laying bricks and applying mortar, wait until the mortar is set enough to hold shape but still plastic enough to joint — this is typically when the mortar starts to lose its surface sheen.

2. Place the jointer at the edge of the brick joint, apply steady pressure and drag the tool through the horizontal (and vertical, if applicable) joints in one smooth motion.

3. Use a consistent speed and slight downward-forward tilt so the nylon shell works smoothly across the mortar.
